Our Ananya Engineering's vibro Sifters, also known as separators, are circular gyratory screens designed to efficiently separate solids from solids, liquid from solid, and grade materials based on particle size. These motors are equipped with adjustable eccentric weights at the top and bottom of the shafts, ensuring smooth operation. The screening unit comprises an SS 304 or SS 316 screen sandwiched between SS 304 or SS 316 hopper and bowl, secured with special clamps and gaskets. To enhance durability and minimize vibration transfer to the floor, rugged springs are placed over the circular motor base.
